Hell On Earth

James Ralph has just started editing on episode one of a new three part 1hour series for BBC1 and Discovery Channel called Hell On Earth. A team of 6 scientists journey deep in to the Danakil Desert in the heart of Ethiopia to the hottest place on earth.

Series Producer Director Rupert Smith  led a team of of 50 experts, crew, guides, and gun toting locals (and a camel train) on this three week expedition, filmed in HD and on Sonys new disc camera for Lion Television.
